Ingredients
  

Bread & Cheese
  • 1 round loaf or rolls
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 0.5 cup parmesan cheese grated
Garlic Butter
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp parsley chopped

Equipment

  • Mixing bowls
  • Baking sheet

  • Hand mixer or stand mixer

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice bread into a grid or arrange rolls in a ring.
  3. Mix garlic butter ingredients.
  4. Stuff bread with cheeses.
  5. Drizzle garlic butter over the bread.
  6. Bake covered, then uncovered until golden and melted.

Serve immediately for best cheese pull.
