- Cook ramen noodles and set aside.
- Simmer broth with soy sauce, miso, and sesame oil.
- Season and sear steak until desired doneness.
- Make garlic butter in same pan and coat sliced steak.
- Soft boil eggs for 6–7 minutes.
- Assemble bowl with noodles and broth.
- Top with steak, eggs, garlic butter, and garnishes.
