Ingredients
  

Ramen Base
  • 2 packs ramen noodles
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp miso paste optional
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
Garlic Butter Steak
  • 300 g steak ribeye or sirloin
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp chili flakes optional
Toppings
  • 2 soft-boiled eggs
  • 2 green onions sliced
  • 1 tsp chili oil

Equipment

  • Cooking pot
  • Frying pan
  • Mixing bowls
  • Knife set

Method
 

  1. Cook ramen noodles and set aside.
  2. Simmer broth with soy sauce, miso, and sesame oil.
  3. Season and sear steak until desired doneness.
  4. Make garlic butter in same pan and coat sliced steak.
  5. Soft boil eggs for 6–7 minutes.
  6. Assemble bowl with noodles and broth.
  7. Top with steak, eggs, garlic butter, and garnishes.

Notes

Serve immediately for best texture and yolk effect.
