Method
- Cook pasta al dente and reserve 1/2 cup pasta water.
- Sauté shrimp in olive oil and butter until pink; remove and set aside.
- In same skillet, sauté garlic and red pepper flakes, add wine if using.
- Return shrimp to skillet, toss with pasta, lemon juice, and reserved pasta water.
- Garnish with parsley and Parmesan, serve immediately.
Notes
Use medium heat to avoid overcooking shrimp and ensure glossy sauce.
