  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 2.25 tsp yeast
  • 1 cup water warm
Filling
  • 1.5 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 0.5 cup cheddar cheese shredded
Topping
  • 4 tbsp butter melted
  • 3 cloves garlic minced

Method
