Ingredients
  

Salmon
  • 500 g salmon fillet cubed
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
Glaze
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Method
 

  1. Pat salmon dry and season with spices.
  2. Heat oil and sear salmon until crispy.
  3. Remove salmon and melt butter in pan.
  4. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
  5. Stir in honey, soy sauce, and lemon juice.
  6. Return salmon and coat with glaze.
  7. Cook briefly until sauce thickens.
