Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 2 chicken breasts cubed
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
Garlic Butter Sauce
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
Alfredo Sauce
  • 1.5 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 0.5 cup chicken broth
Gnocchi & Garnish
  • 1 lb gnocchi
  • 2 tbsp parsley chopped

Equipment

  • Large skillet
  • Wooden spoon
  • Cutting board
  • Knife

Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil and cook seasoned chicken until golden.
  2. Remove chicken and set aside.
  3. Melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  4. Add cream, broth, and seasoning, then whisk.
  5. Stir in parmesan until sauce is smooth.
  6. Add gnocchi and cook until tender.
  7. Return chicken to pan and mix well.
  8. Simmer until thick and creamy.
  9. Garnish and serve hot.

Notes

Best served immediately while sauce is creamy and gnocchi is soft.
