Method
- Slice bananas and arrange half on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Add a small spoonful of peanut butter on each slice and top with remaining banana slices.
- Freeze banana sandwiches until firm.
- Melt chocolate with coconut oil until smooth.
- Dip frozen banana bites into chocolate and return to baking sheet.
- Freeze until chocolate is set. Store in freezer.
Notes
Use ripe but firm bananas for best texture. Store in freezer up to two months.
