Ingredients
  

Biscuit Bombs
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough large flaky style
  • 8 oz roast beef thinly sliced
  • 1 cup provolone cheese shredded or sliced
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
For Serving
  • 1 cup beef broth or au jus warmed

Equipment

  • Mixing bowls
  • Baking sheet
  • Pastry brush

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet.
  2. Flatten biscuit dough into circles.
  3. Mix melted butter with Worcestershire sauce and seasonings.
  4. Place roast beef and cheese in the center of each biscuit.
  5. Seal dough tightly and place seam-side down.
  6. Brush tops with seasoned butter.
  7. Bake 15–18 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Serve warm with au jus for dipping.

Notes

Serve immediately for best texture and flavor.
