Ingredients
  

Flatbread Dough
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
Garlic Butter
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Whisk flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
  2. Add yogurt and olive oil and mix into dough.
  3. Knead until smooth and divide into 6 balls.
  4. Roll into circles and cook in hot skillet until golden.
  5. Brush with garlic butter and sprinkle parsley before serving.

Notes

Best served warm for maximum fluffiness.
