Ramen Bowl
  • 2 packs ramen noodles discard seasoning packets
  • 12 oz chicken thighs boneless
  • 5 cloves garlic minced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1.5 tbsp chili paste
  • 0.5 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • green onions for garnish

Method
 

  1. Season and cook chicken until done, then slice.
  2. Sauté garlic briefly until fragrant.
  3. Add broth, soy sauce, chili paste, and sesame oil.
  4. Simmer and cook noodles in broth.
  5. Divide noodles and broth into bowls.
  6. Top with chicken and garnishes.

Notes

Adjust chili paste to taste.
