Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 cups Greek or vanilla yogurt
  • 0.5 cup cranberry compote or sauce
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks fresh
  • 0.75 cup granola
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup optional

  • Parfait glasses
  • Spoon

Method
 

  1. Spoon yogurt into the bottom of parfait glasses.
  2. Add a layer of cranberry compote.
  3. Top with pineapple chunks and granola.
  4. Repeat layers and finish with toppings.

Notes

Add granola just before serving for best texture.
