Ingredients
  

Salsa
  • 28 oz canned whole tomatoes with juice
  • 0.25 cup white onion roughly chopped
  • 1 jalapeƱo seeded for mild
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 0.25 cup fresh cilantro chopped
  • 1 tbsp lime juice fresh
  • 1 tsp salt adjust to taste
  • 0.5 tsp ground cumin

Equipment

  • Blender or food processor
  • Cutting board
  • Knife
  • Mixing spoon

Method
 

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor.
  2. Blend in short pulses until desired consistency.
  3. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
  4. Chill briefly or serve immediately.

Notes
