Method
- Crush ladyfingers into fine crumbs using a food processor.
- Mix mascarpone and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Add espresso powder, brewed espresso, and vanilla; mix well.
- Fold in crushed ladyfingers to form a thick dough.
- Chill mixture for 20–30 minutes.
- Roll into 1-inch balls.
- Roll in cocoa powder or dip in melted chocolate.
- Chill 15 minutes before serving.

Store in refrigerator up to 4 days. Can be frozen up to 2 months.
