  • 0.75 cup granulated sugar
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 0.5 cup milk or yogurt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.75 cup pistachios chopped
  • 0.75 cup powdered sugar for glaze

Method
