Strawberries
  • 1 lb fresh strawberries large
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 0.5 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.25 cup mini chocolate chips optional
  • 0.25 cup melted chocolate optional

Equipment

  • Mixing bowl

Method
 

  1. Wash, dry, and hull strawberries carefully without cutting through the bottom.
  2. Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla; mix until creamy.
  3. Transfer mixture to piping bag and fill strawberries.
  4. Top with chocolate chips or drizzle melted chocolate.
  5. Chill 15–30 minutes before serving.

Notes

For best results, fill strawberries the same day you plan to serve them to maintain freshness.
