- Wash, dry, and hull strawberries carefully without cutting through the bottom.
- Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla; mix until creamy.
- Transfer mixture to piping bag and fill strawberries.

- Chill 15–30 minutes before serving.
