Ingredients
  

Cheese Bomb Filling
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 0.5 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 0.25 cup pistachios chopped
  • 1 puff pastry sheet thawed
  • 1 egg beaten for egg wash
  • pinch salt

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix cream cheese, shredded mozzarella, and a pinch of salt until smooth.
  3. Roll out puff pastry and cut into squares approximately 3x3 inches.
  4. Place cheese mixture and chopped pistachios in the center of each square.
  5. Fold corners over the filling and pinch edges to seal.
  6. Brush tops with beaten egg and sprinkle extra pistachios.
  7. Bake for 15–20 minutes until puff pastry is golden and cheese is bubbly.
  8. Cool slightly and serve warm.

Notes

Do not overfill to prevent leakage. Use high-quality cheese for best results.
