Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix cream cheese, shredded mozzarella, and a pinch of salt until smooth.
- Roll out puff pastry and cut into squares approximately 3x3 inches.
- Place cheese mixture and chopped pistachios in the center of each square.
- Fold corners over the filling and pinch edges to seal.
- Brush tops with beaten egg and sprinkle extra pistachios.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes until puff pastry is golden and cheese is bubbly.
- Cool slightly and serve warm.
Notes
Do not overfill to prevent leakage. Use high-quality cheese for best results.
