Strawberry Ganache
  • 8 oz dark chocolate chopped
  • 0.5 cup heavy cream
  • 0.25 cup freeze-dried strawberries powdered
  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter softened
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Method
 

  1. Heat cream until steaming and pour over chocolate.
  2. Stir until smooth, then add butter, vanilla, and strawberry powder.
  3. Chill ganache until firm.
  4. Roll into balls and coat as desired.

Notes

Use freeze-dried strawberries only for best texture.
