Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp active dry yeast
  • 1.5 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary chopped
  • 1.5 cups warm water
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Method
 

  1. Mix dry ingredients and rosemary.
  2. Stir in water and olive oil to form dough.
  3. Cover and rise 8–12 hours.
  4. Shape dough and rest.
  5. Bake in Dutch oven until golden and crusty.
