Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion diced
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 0.5 cup tomato sauce or salsa
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 6 flour tortillas
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or butter

Method
 

  1. Brown ground beef and onion in a skillet.
  2. Add taco seasoning and sauce; simmer briefly.
  3. Fill tortillas with meat and cheese.
  4. Fold and seal into pockets.
  5. Cook in skillet until golden and crispy on both sides.
  6. Serve warm with dipping sauces.

Notes

Can be baked or air-fried for lighter results.
