Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups fresh spinach finely chopped
  • 1 cup feta cheese crumbled
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp water as needed
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp dried oregano
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix dry ingredients, then add spinach and feta.
  3. Add olive oil and water to form dough.
  4. Roll dough thin and cut into shapes.
  5. Bake 12–15 minutes until golden and crisp.
  6. Cool completely before serving.

Notes

For extra crunch, roll dough thinner and bake slightly longer.
