Flatbread Base
  • 2 flatbreads or naan
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
Crispy Chicken
  • 2 chicken breasts cubed
  • 0.5 cup cornstarch
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
Honey Garlic Sauce
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 4 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tbsp butter

Method
 

  1. Season and coat chicken with cornstarch and spices.
  2. Fry chicken until crispy.
  3. Prepare honey garlic sauce in a pan.
  4. Toss chicken in sauce.
  5. Top flatbread with cheese and chicken.
  6. Bake until melted and golden.
  7. Garnish and serve warm.
