Ingredients
  

  • 8 sheets phyllo dough thawed
  • 1 cup feta cheese crumbled
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 0.5 tsp chili flakes adjust to taste
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Layer phyllo sheets, brushing each with melted butter.
  3. Cut layered sheets into strips, place feta and chili flakes at one end, and roll tightly.
  4. Brush tops with butter, sprinkle sesame seeds, and bake 12–15 minutes until golden.
  5. Drizzle with honey and garnish before serving.

Notes

For extra crispiness, bake a few minutes longer and serve immediately after drizzling honey.
