Ingredients
  

Cheese Bombs
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 8 oz mozzarella cheese cubed
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper

Equipment

  • Mixing bowls
  • Baking sheet
  • Pastry brush

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet.
  2. Wrap dough pieces around mozzarella cubes and seal tightly.
  3. Mix butter, garlic, seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Coat dough balls in garlic butter and place on baking sheet.
  5. Sprinkle with Parmesan and bake until golden.

Notes
