Ingredients
  

Burrata
  • 4 burrata cheese balls
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1.5 cups breadcrumbs
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp paprika
  • 2 cups vegetable oil for frying
Spicy Dipping Sauce
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp hot sauce
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp paprika

Method
 

  1. Chill burrata cheese balls in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  2. Prepare breading bowls with flour, egg mixture, and seasoned breadcrumbs.
  3. Coat burrata in flour, dip in egg, then cover with breadcrumbs. Repeat for double coating.
  4. Heat oil in frying pan to 350°F.
  5. Fry burrata balls 1–2 minutes per side until golden brown.
  6. Remove with slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
  7. Mix mayonnaise, chili sauce, hot sauce, lemon juice, garlic powder, and paprika to create dipping sauce.
  8. Serve burrata hot with spicy dipping sauce.

Notes

Best served immediately while the cheese center is warm and creamy.
