- Pat shrimp dry and prepare coating mixture with flour, cornstarch and spices.
- Whisk eggs and water in a separate bowl.
- Dip shrimp in egg wash then coat in flour mixture.
- Heat oil to 350°F in deep skillet.
- Fry shrimp in batches for 2–3 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Drain on paper towels.
- Simmer sauce ingredients in saucepan for 2–3 minutes.
- Toss shrimp with sauce and garnish before serving.
