Ingredients
  

Main
  • 1.5 lbs chicken tenders
  • 0.5 cup all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 cup cornstarch
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • as needed vegetable oil for frying

Equipment

  • Skillet or deep fryer
  • Mixing bowls

Method
 

  1. Marinate chicken with soy sauce, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  2. Set up flour-cornstarch mixture and beaten eggs.
  3. Coat chicken in flour, dip in egg, then flour mixture and sprinkle sesame seeds.
  4. Fry in hot oil until golden and cooked through.
  5. Drain on paper towels and serve with dipping sauce.
