Ingredients
  

Mac & Cheese Buns
  • 2 cups elbow macaroni
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp flour
Crispy Chicken
  • 2 chicken breasts flattened
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
Seasoning
  • salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder
Assembly
  • 2 slices cheddar cheese

Equipment

  • Mixing bowls
  • Frying pan
  • Deep fryer or pot
  • Cheese molds or ring molds

Method
 

  1. Cook macaroni and prepare cheese sauce.
  2. Form and chill mac & cheese discs.
  3. Fry chicken until crispy and golden.
  4. Assemble burger with layers of mac & cheese and chicken.
  5. Melt cheese and serve immediately.
