  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded chicken
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1.5 cups cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 0.5 red onion sliced
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp smoked paprika
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Mix shredded chicken with BBQ sauce and seasonings.
  2. Heat skillet and melt butter.
  3. Layer tortilla, cheese, chicken, onions, and repeat.
  4. Top with final tortilla and cook until golden.
  5. Flip carefully and crisp the other side.
  6. Slice into wedges and serve warm.
