Ingredients
  

Salmon Bites
  • 1.5 lbs fresh salmon skin removed, cubed
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
Bang Bang Sauce
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 0.25 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1-2 tbsp sriracha adjust to taste
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Equipment

  • Mixing bowls

Method
 

  1. Pat salmon dry and cut into cubes.
  2. Toss salmon with cornstarch and seasonings.
  3. Heat oil in skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Cook salmon 2–3 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
  5. Whisk together sauce ingredients.
  6. Toss cooked salmon with bang bang sauce.
  7. Garnish and serve immediately.

Notes

For extra crispiness, cook in batches and avoid overcrowding the pan.
