  • 500 g brussels sprouts halved
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 0.25 tsp paprika
  • 0.25 cup parmesan cheese

Method
 

  1. Preheat air fryer to 190°C (375°F).
  2. Toss Brussels sprouts with oil and seasonings.
  3. Place in air fryer basket in a single layer.
  4. Cook for 12–15 minutes, shaking halfway.
  5. Add parmesan and cook briefly until melted.
