Pasta & Shrimp
  • 12 oz pasta
  • 1 lb shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
Cream Sauce
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup chicken broth
  • 0.75 cup parmesan cheese grated
Add-ins
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 0.5 cup sun-dried tomatoes
Topping
  • 0.5 cup mozzarella cheese

Method
 

  1. Cook pasta until al dente and set aside.
  2. Season and cook shrimp briefly in olive oil, then set aside.
  3. Prepare garlic butter sauce with cream, broth, and parmesan.
  4. Add spinach and sun-dried tomatoes until softened.
  5. Combine pasta, shrimp, and sauce in baking dish.
  6. Top with cheese and bake until golden and bubbly.

Notes

Let rest before serving for thicker sauce consistency.
