Ingredients
  

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 3 cups fresh spinach
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season salmon and arrange in a greased baking dish.
  3. Sauté garlic in butter until fragrant.
  4. Add spinach and cook until wilted.
  5. Stir in cream and Parmesan and simmer briefly.
  6. Pour sauce over salmon.
  7. Bake until salmon is flaky and cooked through.

Notes

Do not overbake to keep salmon tender.
