- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season salmon and arrange in a greased baking dish.
- Sauté garlic in butter until fragrant.
- Add spinach and cook until wilted.
- Stir in cream and Parmesan and simmer briefly.

- Bake until salmon is flaky and cooked through.

Do not overbake to keep salmon tender.
