- In a large bowl, combine red cabbage, carrots, and green onions.
- Whisk together mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- Pour dressing over cabbage mixture and toss until evenly coated.
- Cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
- Garnish with fresh parsley or dill before serving.
