Ingredients
  

Crust
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.25 cup granulated sugar
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter melted
Cheesecake Filling
  • 24 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 0.5 cup sour cream
  • 3 eggs large
  • 2 tbsp orange zest fresh
  • 0.33 cup orange juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 0.25 tsp salt

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C). Line a 9x13-inch pan with parchment paper.
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into pan and bake 10 minutes.
  3. Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar and mix until creamy.
  4. Mix in sour cream, orange zest, orange juice, vanilla, cornstarch, and salt.
  5. Add eggs one at a time on low speed, mixing just until combined.
  6. Pour filling over crust and smooth top.
  7. Bake 40–45 minutes until center is just set.
  8. Cool gradually, then refrigerate at least 4 hours before slicing.

Notes

For best flavor and texture, chill overnight before slicing.
