Method
- Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C). Line a 9x13-inch pan with parchment paper.
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into pan and bake 10 minutes.
- Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar and mix until creamy.
- Mix in sour cream, orange zest, orange juice, vanilla, cornstarch, and salt.
- Add eggs one at a time on low speed, mixing just until combined.
- Pour filling over crust and smooth top.
- Bake 40–45 minutes until center is just set.
- Cool gradually, then refrigerate at least 4 hours before slicing.
Notes
For best flavor and texture, chill overnight before slicing.
