- Season salmon with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Sear salmon 4–5 minutes per side and remove.
- Sauté garlic and sun-dried tomatoes.
- Add broth, cream, parmesan, and seasonings.
- Simmer until slightly thickened.
- Return salmon and cook until done.
- Garnish and serve.
Notes
For thicker sauce, simmer a few extra minutes before returning salmon.
