Ingredients
  

Salmon
  • 4 salmon fillets 6 oz each
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
Cream Sauce
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 0.5 cup sun-dried tomatoes chopped
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 0.25 tsp red pepper flakes optional

Method
 

  1. Season salmon with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  2. Sear salmon 4–5 minutes per side and remove.
  3. Sauté garlic and sun-dried tomatoes.
  4. Add broth, cream, parmesan, and seasonings.
  5. Simmer until slightly thickened.
  6. Return salmon and cook until done.
  7. Garnish and serve.

Notes

For thicker sauce, simmer a few extra minutes before returning salmon.
