Ingredients
  

  • 2 5 oz cans tuna in water drained
  • 0.5 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 celery stalk finely diced
  • 2 tbsp red onion finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill chopped
  • 0.25 tsp salt adjust to taste
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Drain tuna thoroughly and flake into a mixing bowl.
  2. Add Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice. Stir until creamy.
  3. Fold in diced celery, red onion, and fresh dill.
  4. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  5. Chill for 20 minutes or serve immediately.

Notes

For extra crunch, add chopped pickles or capers. Best enjoyed within 3 days.
