Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 1 lb Steak sirloin or ribeye, thinly sliced
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • 1 package Cheese Tortellini 9–10 oz
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 2 tbsp Parsley chopped for garnish

Equipment

  • Large skillet
  • Wooden spoon
  • Knife
  • Cutting board

Method
 

  1. Sear steak in skillet with olive oil, 2–3 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
  2. Sauté garlic in butter 1–2 minutes. Add tortellini with splash of water or broth, cook 5–6 minutes until tender.
  3. Add heavy cream and parmesan, simmer 2–3 minutes until sauce thickens.
  4. Return steak to skillet, toss to coat in sauce, heat 1–2 minutes.
  5. Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

Add vegetables for variation. Serve immediately for best flavor and texture.
