- Sear steak in skillet with olive oil, 2–3 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
- Sauté garlic in butter 1–2 minutes. Add tortellini with splash of water or broth, cook 5–6 minutes until tender.
- Add heavy cream and parmesan, simmer 2–3 minutes until sauce thickens.
- Return steak to skillet, toss to coat in sauce, heat 1–2 minutes.
- Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
Add vegetables for variation. Serve immediately for best flavor and texture.
