Ingredients
  

Pasta and Steak
  • 12 oz penne pasta
  • 1 lb sirloin steak thinly sliced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 red bell pepper sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
Sauce
  • 1.5 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese freshly grated
  • 0.5 cup reserved pasta water

Method
 

  1. Cook penne pasta until al dente and reserve pasta water.
  2. Season and sear steak until browned. Remove and set aside.
  3. Sauté broccoli and bell peppers until slightly tender.
  4. Cook garlic, add cream, and simmer until thickened.
  5. Stir in parmesan cheese until smooth.
  6. Combine pasta, steak, and vegetables with sauce.
  7. Adjust seasoning and serve warm.

Notes

Use freshly grated parmesan for best texture and flavor. Add pasta water gradually to control sauce consistency.
