Method
- Pat shrimp dry and season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Cook shrimp 1–2 minutes per side until pink then remove.
- Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Stir in paprika and cook briefly.
- Add chicken broth and simmer.
- Pour in cream and cook until slightly thickened.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted.
- Return shrimp to skillet and coat with sauce.
- Finish with lemon juice and parsley and serve hot.
Notes
Serve with pasta, rice, or crusty bread.
