Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb large shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 0.25 cup chicken broth
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese grated

Method
 

  1. Season shrimp with salt and pepper.
  2. Cook shrimp briefly in butter and olive oil, then remove.
  3. Sauté garlic until fragrant.
  4. Add broth and cream; simmer gently.
  5. Stir in Parmesan until sauce thickens.
  6. Return shrimp to skillet and coat with sauce.
