Ingredients
  

Pasta & Chicken
  • 1 lb spaghetti
  • 1.5 lbs chicken breast sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning adjust to taste
Cream Sauce
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup chicken broth
  • 0.75 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 3 cloves garlic minced

Equipment

  • Large pot
  • Large skillet
  • Wooden spoon
  • Colander

Method
 

  1. Cook spaghetti until al dente and reserve pasta water.
  2. Season and cook chicken until golden; set aside.
  3. Sauté onion and garlic, then add cream and broth.
  4. Simmer sauce and stir in parmesan.
  5. Add spaghetti and chicken, tossing to coat.
  6. Adjust consistency with pasta water and serve.

Notes

Adjust Cajun seasoning to control spice level.
