Ingredients
  

Pasta
  • 12 oz pasta penne or fettuccine
  • 2 pcs chicken breasts boneless, skinless
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 0.5 cup onion diced
  • 1 cup bell peppers sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup chicken broth
  • 0.75 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 0.25 tsp salt to taste
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper to taste

Equipment

  • Large skillet
  • Pot
  • Cutting board

Method
 

  1. Cook pasta and drain, reserving some pasta water.
  2. Season and cook chicken until golden; remove from skillet.
  3. Sauté vegetables and garlic.
  4. Add cream and broth; simmer and stir in cheese.
  5. Combine pasta and chicken with sauce and serve.

Notes

Adjust Cajun seasoning to taste. Add pasta water if sauce thickens too much.
