Ingredients
  

  • 6 cinnamon rolls sliced
  • 3 eggs large
  • 0.75 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 2 tbsp butter for cooking

Method
 

  1. Slice cinnamon rolls into thick rounds.
  2. Whisk eggs, milk, vanilla, cinnamon, and sugar in a bowl.
  3. Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  4. Dip cinnamon roll slices into custard mixture briefly.
  5. Cook slices 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown.
  6. Serve warm with syrup or icing.

Notes

Do not oversoak cinnamon rolls to prevent them from falling apart.
