Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Whisk dry ingredients together.
- Cream butter and sugar, then add egg and vanilla.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients with milk to form dough.
- Roll dough, add cinnamon filling, and roll into a log.
- Slice into rounds and bake 10–12 minutes.
- Cool completely.
- Prepare frosting and drizzle over cookies.
Notes
Chill dough log briefly before slicing for cleaner swirls. Do not overbake for soft texture.
