Ingredients
  

Crust
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 4 tbsp butter melted
Cheesecake Filling
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 0.75 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup heavy cream
Toppings
  • 0.5 cup white chocolate melted
  • 0.25 cup holiday sprinkles
  • 0.25 cup crushed candy canes optional

Equipment

  • Mixing bowls
  • Hand mixer
  • Mini muffin pan or silicone molds

Method
 

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into molds.
  2. Beat cream cheese until smooth, then add powdered sugar and vanilla.
  3. Whip in heavy cream until light and fluffy.
  4. Pipe or spoon filling over crust and smooth tops.
  5. Chill until set, then decorate with chocolate and festive toppings.

Notes

Add toppings just before serving for best texture.
