Cake Batter
  • 4 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 3 tbsp milk
  • 2 tbsp oil or melted butter
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp chocolate chips for lava center

Method
 

  1. Mix dry ingredients in a mug.
  2. Add wet ingredients and stir until smooth.
  3. Add chocolate chips to center.
  4. Microwave 45–60 seconds.
  5. Cool briefly and serve.
