- Mix warm milk, yeast, and sugar. Let sit until foamy.
- Add egg, butter, and vanilla. Mix well.
- Combine flour, cocoa powder, and salt in a separate bowl.
- Mix dry and wet ingredients into a soft dough.
- Knead dough until smooth, then let it rise for 1 hour.
- Divide dough, flatten, fill with chocolate hazelnut spread, and seal into balls.
- Fry until golden brown and drain on paper towels.
- Dust with powdered sugar and serve warm.
