Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.
- Sauté onion in olive oil until soft. Add garlic and cook briefly.
- Add chicken and cook until lightly browned but not fully cooked.
- Transfer chicken mixture to baking dish and layer zucchini on top.
- Pour cream over the dish and top with mozzarella and Parmesan.
- Bake uncovered for 30–35 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, add fresh herbs or a sprinkle of red pepper flakes.
