Method
- Combine yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, cumin, paprika, turmeric, salt, and pepper for marinade.
- Coat chicken in marinade and refrigerate at least 1 hour, ideally overnight.
- Cook chicken in skillet or grill 5–7 minutes per side until fully cooked. Slice thinly.
- Blend garlic, salt, lemon juice, and egg white. Slowly add oil until creamy for garlic sauce.
- Serve sliced chicken drizzled with garlic sauce. Garnish with parsley.
Notes
Serve with pita, rice, or salad. Marinate longer for more flavor.
