Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 lbs chicken breasts boneless, skinless
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 bell peppers sliced
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 6 slices provolone cheese
  • 4 hoagie rolls toasted

Equipment

  • Large skillet
  • Cutting board
  • Knife

Method
 

  1. Season and cook sliced chicken in a hot skillet.
  2. Sauté peppers and onions until tender.
  3. Return chicken to skillet and add seasoning.
  4. Top with cheese and melt.
  5. Serve in toasted hoagie rolls.

Notes

Best served immediately while cheese is melty.
